Section 1
1. Program Rules
These rules apply to The Ave Live Challenges. Each challenge announcement identifies its eligibility, entry period, prize, approximate retail value, selection method, and any additional requirements. For random-drawing promotions only, no purchase, reservation, or ticket is required to enter or win. Completion-based challenges may require event attendance or other stated participation requirements. By entering any challenge, you accept these rules in full. If you do not agree to these rules, do not participate.
Section 2
2. Eligibility and Entries
Entrants must meet the age and location requirements stated for the specific challenge and may submit only truthful, original entries. We may require identity, eligibility, and prize-delivery verification before confirming any winner, and we may disqualify any entry or entrant at our sole discretion for violation of these rules, venue policies, or applicable law. Entries that are incomplete, falsified, automated, or submitted through multiple or fraudulent accounts are void.
Section 3
3. Account Verification and Phone Numbers
Participation requires verifying your identity with your mobile phone number through a one-time code sent by text message. By entering your number, you consent to receive verification and challenge-related transactional text messages. Message and data rates may apply. Verification texts are transactional; marketing messages are sent only with separate express consent.
We retain your phone number and associated account information for 12 months after your last participation, for winner verification, fraud prevention, and program administration, after which it is deleted. You may request earlier deletion as described in the Privacy Policy; deletion of your account information ends your eligibility for pending challenges and unclaimed prizes.
Section 4
4. Content
You are responsible for each image, video, caption, social handle, and other content you submit. Do not submit content that is unlawful, unsafe, infringing, deceptive, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or inconsistent with challenge instructions. You represent that you have all rights necessary in what you submit and that your submissions do not violate any third party's rights. You grant 520 Management LLC the rights described in the Terms of Service to administer and promote the challenge. We may remove any submission at any time at our sole discretion.
Section 5
5. Safety, Assumption of Risk
Challenges never require, and must never involve, unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive conduct. All venue rules, entry requirements, and staff instructions apply at all times and control over any challenge instruction. No challenge requires you to enter restricted areas, climb on fixtures or furniture, interfere with performances or staff, consume alcohol, or engage in any physical activity beyond your own comfort and ability.
Participation in challenges at a live event venue is voluntary and at your own risk. Live events involve inherent risks, including loud sound, lighting effects, crowd density and movement, alcohol service by and to others, and slippery or uneven surfaces. YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS ARISING FROM YOUR DECISION TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CHALLENGE, including how, when, and where you choose to attempt any challenge activity. Any attempt to complete a challenge in an unsafe or prohibited manner is outside the scope of the challenge, is not authorized by 520 Management LLC, and is grounds for immediate disqualification and removal from the venue.
Section 6
6. Release and Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless 520 Management LLC and its members, officers, employees, contractors, and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your participation in any challenge, including personal injury, property damage, your submitted content, your interactions with other participants or third parties, and your violation of these rules or any law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify the Released Parties against third-party claims arising from your conduct in connection with any challenge, your submitted content, or your violation of another person's rights. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Section 7
7. Winner Selection and Prizes
The applicable challenge announcement controls whether winners are selected by objective completion criteria (including first-to-complete verified submissions), objective judging criteria, or random drawing. Verification of completion is at our reasonable discretion based on submitted proof, and our decisions are final to the extent permitted by law. Prizes are non-transferable, may not be exchanged for cash unless stated, must be claimed within the period stated in the challenge announcement or are forfeited, and may be substituted with a prize of equal or greater value if unavailable. Winners are responsible for any taxes on prizes where applicable.
Section 8
8. Changes, Suspension, and Termination
We may modify, suspend, or terminate any challenge or these rules at any time, including where fraud, technical failure, or any factor beyond our reasonable control impairs the integrity of the challenge. If a challenge is terminated early, winners may be determined from eligible entries received before termination.
Section 9
9. Platform Disclaimer
Challenges may use social platforms, but are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or any other platform unless explicitly stated. Entrants release those platforms from responsibility related to the challenge.
Section 10
10. Governing Law
These rules are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any dispute must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.
