Section 1
1. Ticketing
DICE is the merchant of record for tickets purchased through DICE. Ticket availability, pricing, payment, delivery, and account access are also subject to DICE's applicable terms. The Ave Live may receive ticket and buyer data from DICE as permitted by contract and law. This policy supplements the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Section 2
2. Refunds and Changes
Unless required by law or stated by DICE or the event, tickets are final sale. Event times, lineups, capacity, age requirements, and venue operations may change. A lineup or schedule change does not automatically entitle a ticket holder to a refund. If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, ticket purchases are refunded at face value plus fees per DICE's process, issued through DICE as the exclusive remedy. If an event is rescheduled, tickets remain valid for the new date and any refund window is governed by DICE's policy.
Section 3
3. Resale and Transfer
Tickets are non-transferable except through DICE's official transfer and waitlist features. Tickets obtained outside those channels may be invalid and refused at the door.
Section 4
4. Entry Operations
Entry may include security screening and bag checks. Consent to screening is a condition of entry. No re-entry is permitted once admitted, and prohibited items may be refused at the door team's discretion.
Section 5
5. Recording Notice
The venue operates video surveillance for safety and security, and events may be photographed and recorded. Entry constitutes consent to appearing in security footage and in venue photography and recap content used for promotional purposes.
Section 6
6. Venue Conduct
We may refuse entry or remove a guest for unsafe, unlawful, intoxicated, threatening, harassing, or disruptive conduct, invalid identification, capacity constraints, or failure to follow venue staff instructions. Removal or denied entry due to a policy violation does not create a refund right.
Section 7
7. Live Event Risks
Live events may involve loud sound, strobe or laser effects, crowd movement, alcohol service, and other inherent risks. Guests are responsible for evaluating whether attendance is appropriate for them and for following all posted and staff safety instructions.
