Ticket and Event Policy

1. Ticketing
DICE is the merchant of record for tickets purchased through DICE. Ticket availability, pricing, payment, delivery, and account access are also subject to DICE's applicable terms. The Ave Live may receive ticket and buyer data from DICE as permitted by contract and law.
2. Refunds, Changes, and Entry
Unless required by law or stated by DICE or the event, tickets are final sale. Event times, lineups, capacity, age requirements, and venue operations may change. A lineup or schedule change does not automatically entitle a ticket holder to a refund. Entry requires compliance with age, identification, safety, and venue rules.
3. Venue Conduct
We may refuse entry or remove a guest for unsafe, unlawful, intoxicated, threatening, harassing, or disruptive conduct, invalid identification, capacity constraints, or failure to follow venue staff instructions. Removal or denied entry due to a policy violation does not create a refund right.
4. Live Event Risks
Live events may involve loud sound, strobe or laser effects, crowd movement, alcohol service, and other inherent risks. Guests are responsible for evaluating whether attendance is appropriate for them and for following all posted and staff safety instructions.
