Last updated: August 1, 2026
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how 520 Management LLC collects, uses, retains, and shares personal information through The Ave Live, Reserve, Creators, Challenges, Merch, Reach, and Recruit.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on the Service, we may collect contact details, account and authentication information, ticket and reservation details, purchase records, SMS consent and opt-out records, challenge entries and uploads, social handles, career applications and resumes, ambassador information, device and usage data, cookies, and communications with us.
DICE may provide ticket and buyer data to us as permitted by our agreement and applicable law.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to provide and improve the Services, process and reconcile transactions, administer reservations and prize challenges, communicate with users, prevent fraud and abuse, manage ambassadors and creators, satisfy legal obligations, and maintain business records.
4. SMS and Marketing
We send marketing text messages only when you affirmatively opt in. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Transactional messages, including requested authentication codes and reservation updates, are handled separately from marketing consent.
5. Sharing
We share information with service providers that help operate the Services, including ticketing, reservation, payment, messaging, hosting, storage, analytics, application-intake, and customer-support providers. Current or planned providers may include DICE, SimpleTexting, Supabase, Vercel, and Revolve. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction.
6. Retention
We retain identifiable ticket and buyer transaction records for seven years after the applicable event, unless a longer period is required for a legal hold, dispute, fraud investigation, or legal obligation. We retain de-identified sales and attendance analytics indefinitely. Other information is retained only as long as needed for the purpose collected, the applicable Service, or a legal obligation. Challenge uploads, account data, marketing consent records, and employment applications follow the periods described in the applicable service notice or Data Deletion Policy.
7. Your Choices and Requests
You may opt out of marketing messages at any time. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information through the Data Deletion Policy. Some information may be retained when necessary for transactions, legal obligations, fraud prevention, disputes, or to preserve an opt-out record.
8. Security and Contact
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, but no system is perfectly secure. For privacy questions or requests, email info@theavelive.com with the subject line Privacy Request.
